📜 General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the Luxenia online shop (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), operated by:

2. Contracting parties

The purchase agreement is concluded with:

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the “Buy now” button, you are submitting a binding offer.
(3) We will confirm receipt of your order by email. The contract is concluded as soon as you receive our shipping confirmation.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

(1) All prices are final prices in euros.
(2) The following payment methods are available:

  • PayPal

  • credit card

  • Klarna (if available)

(3) The payment amount will be debited directly upon completion of the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

(1) We deliver exclusively to Germany and Austria.
(2) Shipping is free.
(3) Delivery time:

  • Germany: 5–10 working days

  • United States 6-12 business days

  • Austria: 6–12 working days
    (4) Shipments originate from foreign warehouses (e.g., China). Service providers such as YunExpress, Yanwen, or 4PX may be used. After import, DHL (Germany) or DPD (Austria) handles the delivery.
    (5) Parcels are insured. If a shipment is lost, a replacement will be delivered free of charge.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Cancellation & Return

(1) You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
(2) Details can be found in the cancellation policy below.
(3) Return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer, unless the product is faulty or arrived damaged.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

10. Final Provisions

(1) The law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall apply.
(2) Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

4. Data processing for orders

For contract processing, we process:

  • Name, address, email address

  • Payment information

  • Order details

Payment providers: PayPal, credit card, Klarna.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

5. Shipping from non-EU countries

The goods are shipped from China. For the purpose of fulfilling the contract, name, address and telephone number are transmitted to shipping service providers outside the EU (Art. 49 para. 1 lit. b and c GDPR).

6. Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address with your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time.

7. Retention periods

Data is stored only as long as it is necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.

Shipping costs: Free
Delivery services:

  • Germany: DHL

  • Austria: DPD

Processing time: 3–7 business days
Shipping time:

  • Germany: 5–10 working days

  • Austria: 6–12 working days

Note: For shipments from China, YunExpress, Yanwen, or 4PX handle international transport. DHL/DPD then takes over for the last mile.

🔄 Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

Consequences of the revocation:
Upon receipt of your return, we will refund all payments within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods were defective.
