CANCELLATION POLICY

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Order cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

We usually process orders within 1-2 working days.

If your request is made within the 24-hour period and before shipment, the order will be cancelled and you will receive a refund.

Requirements for a valid cancellation:

  • Original packaging included

  • Shipment tracking

  • Item undamaged

No refund will be issued if any of the following apply:

  • The item shows signs of alteration (e.g., missing stickers/labels).

  • Item was worn

  • Original packaging not included

  • Package is stuck in customs

  • 14-day deadline exceeded

Cancellation period:
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of cancellation before the deadline expires.

Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your cancellation notice.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for the refund. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return shipping costs:
If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer bears the shipping costs. The exact amount depends on the shipping provider chosen by the customer.
However, if the return is due to our fault – for example, because the goods were damaged or delivered incorrectly – the customer does not have to pay any shipping costs in this case.

Depreciation:
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

General information

  • Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories. If necessary, use protective outer packaging.

  • Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

  • Points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal, but they make the process easier for us.

Consumers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days (or more) of signing for the goods.
